Analysis: BTC traders' realized price rises again, short- and medium-term cost structure remains positive

· Source: BlockBeats

BlockBeats news, October 26 - CryptoQuant certified analyst Trader_Gemini posted that the Trader On-chain Realized Price has risen again and is currently becoming an important reference indicator for observing BTC's subsequent trend. This indicator reflects the average acquisition price of BTC that was last transferred within the past 1 to 3 months and can be used to measure the average holding cost of recent market participants. Currently, BTC is trading in the low $80,000 range, while the Trader Realized Price has risen to the mid $70,000 range, meaning BTC's current price remains above the average cost of recent traders. From the current structure, recent market participants are still overall in a state of unrealized profit, and the short- to medium-term cost structure remains positive. Historically, during market uptrends, the Trader Realized Price has often acted as support when BTC pullbacks approach this level. If the price can hold this cost line, it indicates that the holding costs of recent participants may still provide support for the market; conversely, if BTC falls below this level, some traders in a state of unrealized loss may sell when the price rebounds to near cost, thereby turning this level from support into resistance. In addition, Trader_Gemini also reminded observers to watch the indicator's Upper Band. Historically, when BTC's price approaches the Upper Band, it is often accompanied by rising profit-taking pressure and may see short-term pullbacks. Therefore, if BTC continues to rise, the market reaction near the Upper Band deserves close observation; if BTC pulls back, attention should be paid to whether the Trader Realized Price can provide effective support. Trader_Gemini emphasized that the Upper Band does not mean the market will necessarily peak, and the Trader Realized Price does not guarantee that BTC will definitely rebound. Neither should be regarded as signals that automatically trigger trades, but rather as reference indicators for judging at what price levels recent market participants may change their behavior. Currently, BTC is still trading above the Trader Realized Price, and the overall cost structure remains positive; if a deeper correction occurs later, whether this indicator can continue to provide support will become an important point of observation.
