Privacy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This is a summary of our privacy policy. It will be replaced by the full version once reviewed by counsel. It explains what we collect, how we use it and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Sign-up details: email and password (the password is stored encrypted). Identity verification: name, date of birth, nationality, address, ID photos and a selfie. Money movements: deposits, withdrawals, transfers and product history. Exchange details: the API keys you link (stored encrypted) and your exchange balances. Usage: sign-in IP address, device and browser type.
Why we collect it
To open and protect your account, verify your identity and run anti-money-laundering checks, process deposits, withdrawals and transfers, exchange the information required by the Travel Rule with exchanges, and answer your questions.
Who we share it with
Only where needed: the exchanges that handle your transfers and returns, our on-chain custody and payment providers, and regulators or law enforcement when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. After it closes, identity and transaction records are kept for the period anti-money-laundering rules require, then deleted.
How we protect it
Exchange API keys are stored encrypted and can only be used from our server IPs. ID documents can only be viewed by the staff who review them.
Your rights
You can view and correct your profile, and email us to ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted. Records the law requires us to keep cannot be deleted before that period ends.
Cookies
We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language and region. See the Cookie Policy.
