Help center

  • Are there deposit fees?

We don’t charge for deposits. You only pay the network fee, which is taken by the wallet or exchange you send from.

  • What is the minimum deposit?

100 USDC per deposit, with other coins valued at the price when they arrive. Anything smaller is not credited automatically. Contact support and we will sort it out.

  • How long do deposits take?

They are credited once the network reaches the required confirmations: 12 on Ethereum, 32 on Solana, and 64 on Arbitrum and Polygon. Usually a few minutes, longer when the network is busy.

  • I sent the wrong coin or used the wrong network. What now?

Stop sending to that address. Email support with the transaction hash, network and amount. We will check and do what we can, but we can’t promise every transfer can be recovered.

  • Does my deposit address change?

Normally not. You have one address per network and can reuse it. If it ever changes, we will tell you in advance, and anything sent to the old address within 90 days is still credited.

  • What do I need before I can withdraw?

Complete identity verification first. Unverified accounts can browse but not withdraw.

  • What are the withdrawal fees and limits?

The fee is 1% of the amount. Minimum 10 USDC, up to 10,000 USDC per withdrawal and 20,000 USDC per day.

  • How long do withdrawals take?

Every withdrawal is reviewed by hand, usually within 24 hours. Once approved it is sent on chain, and arrival time depends on the network you chose.

  • Why can’t I withdraw right now?

There are three common reasons. A newly saved address can only be used after 24 hours. After you change your password or turn off two-factor authentication, withdrawals are paused for 24 hours. And a frozen account has to be unfrozen by support first.

  • Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Yes, while it shows as In review in your withdrawal history. Once it is approved it can’t be cancelled.

  • How long is an AI strategy cycle?

Each strategy has a fixed cycle of 48 hours, 72 hours, 5 days or 7 days, shown on its card. The cycle starts when your funds arrive. Settlement at the end is shown on the position record.

  • Can I take money out during a cycle?

No. Funds stay locked for the cycle. Any return is recorded on the position. Confirming does not mean the funds have already arrived. Only put in money you won’t need during that time.

  • Can I lose money?

Yes. Returns and drawdowns on the page come from 30-day backtests and are not a promise of future results. What comes back at the end of a cycle can be less than you put in.

  • What is the minimum investment?

Each strategy has its own range, shown on its page. Your level also caps how much you can put into one product. At L1 the cap is 2,000 USDC.

  • How are service fees charged?

As a percentage of the strategy’s traded amount, up to the maximum shown on its page. Higher levels get bigger discounts, from 10% off at L2 to 40% off at L5.

  • What do levels do?

Your level sets which return tiers you can join, how much you can put into one product and your service fee discount. L1 can join T1 Steady only, with up to 2,000 USDC per product. Higher levels open more tiers and higher caps.

  • How do I level up?

Your AI strategy level goes up through invites. Your grid level goes up through invites or a higher 30-day average balance, whichever you reach first.

  • What counts as a qualified invite?

A friend who completes identity verification, deposits or transfers in at least 100 USDC, starts using an AI strategy or grid, and keeps a 30-day average balance of at least 100 USDC.

  • How often are levels updated?

Once a day. If you move up a grid level through your balance, it has to stay above the bar for 7 days in a row.

  • Can I drop a level?

Not straight away. If you meet the requirements again within 30 days you keep your level, and we warn you 7 days before any downgrade.

  • How do I turn on two-factor authentication?

On the Security page, scan the code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator. After that, signing in, withdrawing and linking an exchange all ask for a code.

  • What is the withdrawal address book for?

When it is on, you can only withdraw to saved addresses, and a new address can only be used after 24 hours. Even if your password leaks, it is hard to move funds to someone else’s address.

  • I think someone got into my account. What should I do?

Freeze the account on the Security page right away. Every device is signed out and withdrawals and transfers stop. To unfreeze, contact support so we can verify it is you.

  • Can I see which devices are signed in?

Yes. The Security page lists signed-in devices, and you can sign out any you don’t recognise.

  • Will support ever ask for my password or codes?

Never. We will not ask for your password, verification codes or seed phrase by email, phone or Telegram. If anyone does, don’t reply, and let support know.

  • Why does the key need withdrawal permission?

A transfer is your exchange sending assets to your dedicated SleeplessNode exchange address, which takes withdrawal permission. SleeplessNode never places orders in your exchange account, so it never needs trading permission. If a key has trading, futures, or internal transfer permission, linking is refused.

  • Is my money safe if the key leaks?

The key works only from SleeplessNode’s server IPs and can’t be used anywhere else. With the withdrawal allowlist on, it can only withdraw to allowlisted addresses, which means your dedicated exchange address. If in doubt, delete the key at your exchange and unlink it here.

  • Which exchanges are supported?

12 for now: Binance, OKX, Bybit, Coinbase, Kraken, Bitget, KuCoin, Gate, Crypto.com, HTX, MEXC, Coincheck. Coincheck supports BTC only.

  • What is the minimum transfer?

After conversion, each transfer must arrive as at least 100 USDC, plus your exchange’s withdrawal fee. How fast it arrives depends on how quickly the exchange processes the withdrawal and on network confirmations.

  • Can exchange assets join a strategy?

You can move assets in from a linked exchange. After they arrive they are recorded as USDC using the conversion rule at that time. The return after the cycle is on the position record. Accepted does not mean the funds have arrived. Coincheck doesn’t support USDC, so that return is recorded on your platform balance.

  • How does grid trading work?

A grid splits a price range into levels and places an order at each one. As the price falls it buys level by level, and as it rises it sells, earning the spread between levels. It takes no view on direction and suits sideways markets best.

  • Can I change a grid’s settings?

Yes. Use the preset, or set your own upper bound, lower bound, and number of levels, from 2 to 500.

  • How long is a grid cycle?

Each cycle lasts 24 hours. Settlement and any return are shown on the position record. Confirming does not mean the funds have already arrived.

  • How is a grid different from an AI strategy?

AI strategies trade on AI signals and take a view on direction, with settings chosen by the AI. Grids take no view on direction and buy low and sell high within a range you set. Whether a fill has happened is shown on the position and trade records.

  • What does the exchange on a grid mean?

It is the exchange where that grid executes, run by SleeplessNode. You don’t need an account there or a linked key.

  • Which coins can I deposit?

USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL, and BNB. Pick a coin on the deposit page to see its networks and address. Each address only accepts that coin on that network, and anything else will not be credited automatically.

  • What happens if I deposit a coin other than USDC?

Once it is confirmed, it is converted to USDC at the market price at that moment. The rate includes the platform fee: 0.05% for USDT, 0.2% for BTC and ETH, and 0.3% for SOL and BNB. The price is set when the deposit is confirmed, which may differ from when you sent it. The exact amount credited appears in your notifications and account history.

  • Can I withdraw ETH or other coins?

Your platform account holds USDC only, so withdrawals are in USDC.
