This is a summary of our terms of service. It will be replaced by the full version once reviewed by counsel. By signing up for or using SleeplessNode, you agree to the terms below.
Who provides the service
SleeplessNode (“we”) is operated by SleeplessNode Ltd. These terms cover this website and all of our services, including AI strategies, grids, deposits, withdrawals and exchange transfers.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and sign up with accurate information. Identity verification is required before you can join products or withdraw. One account per person, and accounts cannot be transferred or lent. Keep your password and two-factor authentication safe. Actions taken in your account are treated as yours.
Who can use the service
Don’t sign up if the law where you live prohibits this kind of service. We may refuse or limit users in some regions for legal or risk reasons. You may not use the platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion, farming referral rewards or any other unlawful activity.
Funds and settlement
Platform accounts are kept in USDC. Other coins you deposit are converted to USDC at the price when they arrive. Once you join an AI strategy or grid, the funds run for one cycle, cannot be taken out early, and settle automatically at the end. Every withdrawal is reviewed by hand.
Fees
Withdrawal fees, product service fees and other charges are as published on the Fees page and product pages. Changes are announced on the website.
Risk
Crypto asset prices are highly volatile. Returns and drawdowns on product pages come from historical backtests and say nothing certain about the future. You can lose some or all of your principal. We do not give investment advice. Whether to take part is your decision.
Exchange access
When you link an exchange, you allow us to read your balances and, each time you confirm, move assets to your dedicated platform address. We never place orders with your key. You can delete the key at the exchange or unlink it here at any time.
Suspension and closure
If we see unusual activity, a breach of these terms or a regulatory request, we may pause withdrawals or freeze or close an account. When an account is closed, the balance is returned to you after the necessary checks.
Limits of liability
We are not liable for losses caused by blockchain congestion, exchange outages, events beyond our control or your own mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to your direct loss.
Changes to these terms
We will post a notice and let you know when these terms change in a significant way. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
